Several articles that I have written describe concrete and simple choices you can make that make you much safer while enjoying your golden years. Fear of falling is such a potent experience that it actually causes people to fall more. If you are afraid of falling, do something to make it less likely to happen. The very best way to do that is to improve your balance. Building Better Balance has been developed to help you to fall less and in the process to make your life more enjoyable, safe, and secure while reducing the pain and inflammation that comes with aging. Improve your balance, fall less and feel good.
