Demonstration of how to circle your knees:
This is an excellent warmup for your knee joints. Standing knee circles are wonderful to do at the beginning of any activity. It is particularly helpful if you circle your knees before descending stairs. Include the exercise in your daily walks, before you begin and during your walk if you get tired or stiff. And whenever your knee feels stressed.
The seated version is included in the demonstration as well. It is a wonderful way to reduce stiffness and pain in knee joints that are compromised. Include the seated version in your morning stretches as you are sitting on the side of your bed. This is the gentlest version and helps greatly to reduce the inflammation of knee arthritis.
