HEAL YOURSELF THROUGH EXERCISE: A guide for those older.
Over my 45 years of fitness and dance training, I have developed and taught a wonderful recuperative technique that is safe, feels good and works to repair any injury or chronic problem. Acknowledgement of the effects of pain as impediment to the healing process is part of what makes this method effective.
