All of the exercises in Building Better Balance are good for those with arthritis. The movements are safe and simple. Rotation is emphasized throughout, a type of motion of the joint that effects real change through the release of tension in the joint itself. This is a stress free method of moving that is especially good for the deterioration that happens with arthritis. The result is that pain and inflammation decrease and progression of the illness is moderated.
