REDUCE PAIN AND INFLAMMATION OF CHRONIC CONDITIONS
As we get older, many of us suffer from chronic conditions, ailments that don't go away that instead deteriorate over the years. With many of these problems, doctors often say that nothing can be done. That is not true. Symptoms of any chronic condition can be reduced using targeted simple and safe movement.
Arthritis, peripheral neuropathy and Parkinson's Disease are among the most common and frustrating disorders we may have to face. I have written extensively about how to use exercise to reduce the symptoms of each of these 3. Arthritis benefits greatly from gentle joint movement. Neuropathy is lessened with exercise targeting foot health. Parkinson's symptoms can be reduced with an increase in focus.
But symptom reduction is actually very possible with many other maladies. Less pain, less inflammation, more function can result with gentle and appropriate exercise. Other disorders positively affected by targeted exercise include stroke, spinal nerve impingement, plantar fasciitis.
