PANDEMIC CHOICES:
What you decide today can change the rest of your life.

I discovered a secret many years ago. Making a positive move when times are difficult is incredibly empowering. For example, quitting smoking when you are really down for other reasons is a fantastic thing to do. You already feel miserable so the misery of quitting won't matter as much and you will end up feeling so proud of yourself that it pulls you out of depression and powers your life forward in a positive way. I am fortunate to have been able to make several of these kinds of decisions at critical moments in my life that ended up changing my life completely and for the good.
Since we are being restricted in our lives in significant ways and since many of us have time on our hands, why not take this opportunity to try something different, maybe something that others have been recommending to you for years. Perhaps something like starting a new exercise program. Some of the following articles were written specifically for dealing with the pandemic. Some are general issues that we all can benefit greatly from. Perhaps you will find ideas here that inspire you, ideas that help you, ideas that inform you.
